This cause came on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion for ~

Order of Contempt and the Husband's Motion for Determination of ~
Visitation Rights, and the Court having heard testimony of the ~
respective parties and argument of counsel and being fully advised ~

in the premises, it is therefore ~

ORDERED AND ADJG'DGED as follows:
l. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, John
L. Martin, Jr., is in arrears in his payments to the Wife, Yvonne ~
K. Martin, for the support and maintenance of the minor child,

Casey Dianne Martin, in the sum of $250. ~
~ 2. The Court determines that the Husband is in contempt
~
~ of this Court but may purge himself thereof by paying to the Wife
t

g the sum of $25 on the 15th day of each month, commencing December ~
~ f
~ 15, 1975, until the full sum of $250 has been paid by the Husband
to the Wife. •
i
3. The Court determines that a fee of $100 is reasonable ~
~ ~
to be a'llowed counsel of record for the Wife; as the Wife has paid
said sum to her attorneys, the Husband is ordered to reimburse the
~
' Wife for $100 in the manner following: $10 on December 15, 1975
-
~
~ and $10 on the 15th day of each month thereafter until the full
~ amount of $100 has been paid to the Wife covering said attorney s
~
~
~ fee.
