WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date he~ewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor dces grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the foilowing destribed
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is ~ow seized and possessed, ond in actual possession, situate in the County of

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
~ within the foregoing description and the ~habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, (ighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and powe~ systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
~ and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or un said pr~mises, even though they
~ may be det.:ched or detachable.
IT IS /'.4UTUALIY COVENANTED AN'J AGREEO by and be+ween the part~es hereto that upon ?equest of the Mort-
¢ ga~or, the Morrgagee may hereafter, at its opnon, at anyt~me w~thin twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore tu~l payment of th~s mortgage and notes secu~ed hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall ~ be secured by this morrgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
~ unpaid, and the total amount of ~ndebtedness that may be secured by th~s morrgage may decrease or increase from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so sewred at any orre t~me shall not exceed the maximum pr~nupal sum oi
