and appointed Executor of the Estate of JOHN L. HORTON, SR., deceased,
late of said county, as party of the first part, and FRANK CHEMBARS ~

That on the 29th day of December, 1975, upon petiCion of the
party of the first part, the Honorable Wil2iam G. Tye, Acting Circuit

Judge in and for said county, granted to party of the first part,
authorization to sell the property of the said JOHN L. HORTON, SR.,
deceased, for the purpose of paying necessary expenses benefi.cial to

the beneficiaries of the estate and making distribution; that the party
of the first part offered for sale lands hereinafter conveyed to the
said party of the second part and described as follaws:
Lot 8, Block 140 LAKEW00~ PARK, UNIT 11, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, pages 32A, B, C&

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration o~ ~ie ~oregoing and in further
consideration of the sum of Thirty-Two Thousand 1t~o Hundred Fifty
($32,250.00) Dollars purchase money paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of this deed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party
of the first part has sold and conveyed, and does hereby sell and convey
unto the said parties of the second part, FRANK CHEIKBARS and OLIVE
CHEMBARS, his wife, their heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of
land described herein, together with a11 appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in any wise appertaining thereto.
TC NAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said FRANK CHEMBARS and
OLIVE CHEMBARS, his wife, their heirs and assigns in as full and
ample manner as the same was possessed or enjoyed by the said JOHN ~
