THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on this 29th

WITNESSETEI :
WHEREAS, IRENE W. STREICHER, died seized and possessed
of the following described property, lying, being and situate in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida;
Lot 13, Block 10, REPLAT OF A PORTION OF SOUTH
PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT TWO, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 45,
Public Records of 5t. Lucie County, Florida. _
SUBJECT to zoning regulations, easements and
building restrictions in force and effect; to
taxes for 1976 and subsequent years
and
I WHEREAS, the FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY 0 F
~ STUART, FLORIDA, has been appointed and duly qualified as Administrator

; C.T.A. of the Estate of IRENE W. STREICHER, deceased, and

I WHEREAS, the FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART

~ FLORIDA does have authority to sell the above described property to
the Second Party, pur~uant to power of s~le contained in the Last
Will and Testament of the above named decedent,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($64,500.00) DOLLARS and
other good and valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged
by the First Party, the First Party, as Administrator C.T.A. of the
