RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard upon the verified Motion
of the Wife for an order restraining the Husband from removing
the minor children without the jurisdiction of this Court and
to have a hearing for a change of custody and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The Husband, C. E. Jenkins, is enjoined and re-
strained from removing the minor children without the jurisdiction
of this Court until a hearing can be had on the Wife's Motion for
a change of custody.

~ . 2. The Wife's Motion for change of custody will be

heard before the Honorable Wallace Sample, one of the Judges of
the above entitled court on the third floor Qf the St. Lucie County
Courthouse, Ft. Pierce, Florida on the ~ day of January, 1976,
