This cause coming on to be heard upon Stipulati.on of the ~

parties hereto and their respective counsel of recard, and the ~

Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ~
i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Final Judgment in the above entitled cause, dated
April 6, 1973, and the property settlement agreement incorporated
therein by reference, be and the same are hereby amended in the ~
following manner: .
(a) The Husband, Richard G. Schmidt, shall have the

care and custody of the four minor children, William Schmidt, ;

j Joanne Schmidt, Janet Schmidt and Diana Lynn Schmidt, granting to '
?
~ the Wife, Annette R. Schmidt, reasonable rights of visitation. <

; (b) The Wife, Annette R. Schmidt, shall deliver to ;
t ' ~
the Husband, Richard ~G. Schmidt, all the remaining personal effects ~
of each of the children, now in her possession, including but not ~
~
f limited to telescope and other clothing and possessions of said ~
~ minor children.

~ (c) The Husband, Richard G. Schmidt, shall make the
~ ;
three monthly mortgage payments on the dwelling wherein the Wife is i
~ residin for the months of Januar Februa
9 y, ry and March, 1976, each
~
~ in the amount of $160.
