required to make any further payments to the Wife, Annette R.
Schmidt, for the support and maintenance of the minor children
or for any other reason excepting the three monthly mortgage

2. All other provisions and conditions of the Final

Judgment and property settlement agreement shall remain in full
force and effect. ~
