Commensing at the NorthWest corner of Lot 61 of WflITE CITY
SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, ~
of the public records of St: Lucie County, Florida, run thence
East on the North line of said Lot 61 a distance of 40 feet to a
point in the East right-of-way line of Rawley Road for a point of
beginning; from said point of beginning continue East on the North
line of said Lot 61 a distance of 352 feeL to a point; thence run s
South parallel to the West line of said Lot 61, a distance of 620
-feet, more or less, to a point on the South line of said Lot 61
which is 392 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 61;
thence run West on the South line of said Lot 61 a distance of
352 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Hawley Road;
thence run North along the East right-of-way line of Hawley Road
a distance of 620 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
It is the intention of the Grantors herein that the above
