1. To pay all and singular the principal and interest and other sumg of money payable
by virtue of said promissory note- and thia deed, or either, promptly on the days reapectively
the same severally become due.
2. To pay atl and singutar the taxes~ assessments, levies~ liabilities, obligations, and
incumbrances of every nature ~n said described prnperts, each and every, and if the same
be nat promptly paid the said Mortgagees_., t h F+ t r ~+eirs, legal representatives or assigns~
may at any time pay the same without waiving or affecting the option to foreclose or any right
hereunder. an@ every payrnent so made ahall bear interest from the date thereo! at the rate .
of 8 per cent, per annum.
3. To pay all and singular the co~ts, charges and e~cpenses, including lawyer's feea,
reasonably incuzred or paid at any time by said ~iortgagee~, _ th e i,- 1ega1 representatives
or ussigns, because of the fsilure on the part of the said Mortgagor, ita euccessors, legal
representatives or assigns, to perform, compiy with and abide by each and every the stipula-
tions, agreements, conditions and covenants of said promissory note- and this deed, or
either, and every such payment shall bear interest from date at the rate of $ per

5. To permit, commit or snffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of said property
or any part thereof.
6. To per#orm, comply with, and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements,
conditions and covenants in said promiesory note__, and in this deed set forth.
If any of said sums of money herein referred to be not pr~mptly and fully paid

every the ~ttipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants of said promissory note~ and
t~is deed, or either, are not fully performed, complied with and abided bp, the aaid sggregate
