THIS WARRANTY DEED made the 23rd day of December, 1975,

by FRANCIS X. HEIDRICH, a single man, and PAUL D. HEIDRICH and
MARTHA J. HEIDRICH, his wife, hereinafter called the Grantors, to ;
GERALD S. JAMES, Trustee, whose postoffice address is Post Office
Box 3089, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in
