MARY E. SCHENCK, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is one of the grantors in that certain Quit Claim
Deed dated April 2, 1975 and recorded April 2, 1975 in 0. R. Book #
238, page 323, and Quit Claim Deed dated and recorded April 2, 1S75
in 0. R. Bcok 238, page 324, publ~ic records of St. Lucie County, ~

Florida, wherein MARY E. SCHENCK and JOHN W. SCHENCK were grantors, -
.and JOHN W. SCHENCK and MARIE S. SCHENCK, his wife, were grantees. ~
Affiant further states that in said Quit Claim Deeds the
paragraph following the descriptions eontained an inadvertent
traa~sposition of names, and in truth and fact the following paragraph

COVENANT THAT D BED REAL ESTATE IS NOT THE
HOMESTEAD OF GRANTORS.
~ Affiant further avers that JOHN W. SCHENCK is the son of
MARY E. SCHENCK and that the grantees in above set out deeds are _
JOHN W. SCHENCK and MARIE S. SCHENCK, his wife. ~
