The grantar covenants with the grantees that the above '
described raal property is vacant and unimproved and that the
same is not now nor has it ever been the homestead of the
grantor.

the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and
