decedent died domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. SUN aANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose address is
111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, is entitled to
preference in appointment as Personal Representative because it is
~he nominated Personal Representative in the decedent's Last Will
and Testament dated June 27, 1.963, the original of which is filed
with ~his Court in Probate Case File No. 2671, Estate of Olan H.
Spencer, deceased.
~ 6. This Estate consists of real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, of the approximate value of $26,000.00,
cash in the approximate value of $3,000.00, and personal property
consisting of stocks, bonds and tangible perso~al property of the

s approximate value of S30,000.00.
7. Petitioner afitaches hereto what could be a Codicil to

~ the Last Will and Testament, executed the 28th day of September,

1975. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or other
Codicil, other than the aforementioned, of the decedent subsequent
to the Will herein offered far probate. -
~ Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will and
~ Codicil be admitted to probate and that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE

COUNTY be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of the

decedent Without bond.
