publieh and declare thie our Last Will and Testament~, hereby re-
~ voking aIl Wills previ~usl.y made by either of us. €

It is our will and desire, And we direct, that our bodies be

buried in a manner suitable to our circumstances in life in the

Palms Cemetary, St~ Lucie Coun~y, Florida, and thAt our Executor
or ~xecutrix hereinafter named, obtain a family monument and
three headstones, one for each of the undersigned and one for our
- deceased son, Ri08ERT OIAN SPENCER, who was lost bt sea in the
service of his country, setting out in said monument the bir~h
dates and date of~demise of each of us, our son having been born

It is our will that our just debta and funeral expenses be
