jewelry, household furnishinge and nll personal property owne
by us or by the survivor o~ us at the time of our demise,
including any Qutomobile, but specific~lly excluding ony and
all stocks and bonds, negotiable instruments and bank ac~
counts~ toge~her with a life estate in and to the real prop- ~

erty owned by us located on So•ith Indir~n River Drive, St. !
Lucie County,- Florida~ provided, however, that in the event '

she should predecease us or the survivor herein,~or should ~
elect in writing not to receive said bequest, that the same
shall be included in clause (b) immediately following.
(b) Give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and
remainder of our ~state or estates~ real and personal, to
the ST. I~JCIE CAUNTY BANK, a Florida Banking corporation wit
tru~t powers, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor, as
Trustee, in trust for the following uses and purposes:
1. The Trustee shall manage and cuntrol said trust ;

property in its descretion, expressly being given here- ~

by, power of publ~ic or private sale, with or without ~

. _ Court approval. Power is given to the Trustee to make

` investments end to change the same to other investments

~ as often as said Trustee may think it necessary. The
s ~ net inco~ from said trust in multiples of Five Hundred

~ Presbyterian Synod of the State of Florida, now having
~ ~ Executive Offices in Lakeland, Florida, to be used by
said Synod to assist worthy students by granting them
. Five Hundred Doll~rs ($500.00) for scholarships, said

~ scholarships to be known as '~Robert Olan Spencer Memo~-
~ , ial Scholarships" in anemory of our deceesed ~on. We

~ ~ direct-and instruct the Trustee that any amounts remain-

~ ing after the division of the net income into multiples
