The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the surviving spouse of the deceased, CLEO ELIZABETH ELLIS MOBLEY. The
decedent, C:,EO ELIZASETH ELLIS MOBLEY~ died leaving no issue or heirs
at law other than the Petitioner hereunder and the Petitioner herein
is the sole person entitled to the assets of the Decedent's estate. -
2. Decedent, CLEO ELIZABETH ELLIS MOBL~Y, whose last~
known address was 1508 N. 22nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on
December 27, 1974, at Lakeland, Florida, and at the time of death was
domiciled in St. L~cie County, Florida.
