10. Fetitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of Decedent and believes that the Decedent died intestate.
11. This estate does not require a direct adminiatration
as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
12. Petitioner requires that the Court enter an Order
of Sumcnary Administration directing distribution of the assets in
the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 9
,
of this Petition. ~ ~

read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
WHEREFOtZE, Petitioner requests that an Order of Sumauary ?
Administration be entered directing the sale of the automobile and other
assets described in Paragraph S above, and that the proceeds of said
sale be added to the funds presently held by E. V. McClur~, and that
the aggregate amount thereof be deposited and paid into the trust acco~nt :

of VINCENT A. LLOYD, ESQU~RE, for the payment of the funeral bill and
any other debts of the named decedent and the balance remaining be
disbursed and distributed in accordance with the schedule set forth
in Paragraph 9 of this Petition.
