FINAL JUDGMENT
This case cane regularly for trial before the Court sitting
without a jury, and a decree of this Court was entered on March 18,
1970 and recorded in Circuit Court Minute Book 61, page 72, which
was affirmed in part and reversed in part and remanded with in-
structions by the District Court of Appeal of the State of Florida,
Fourth District, by an Opinion filed November 6, 1970, and a mandate
thereupon was entered by the said District Court on January 25, 1971,
rec~ed in Circuit Court Minute Book 67, page 234, and in accord=
` ance therewith an Amended Order Decreeing Accounting was entered by

~ this Court on the lst day of September, 1971; and the Court having

~ received the accounting prepared by the Court appointed Accountant, ;

Dennis Young, of Fort Pierce, Florida, and the Court being fully ~
advised in the premises and having previously stated its findings ~
of fact and canclusions of law for the record, and having directed ~
~ ~

~ that a judgment be entered in acc~rdance therewith, it is, therefore, ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, McCAIN SALES OF

~ FLORIDA, II~C., a Florida corporation, recover fran the defendant,
~
~ D. H. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation, the sum of
~ Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eight ($11,468.00) Dollars (with
~ its costs in the sum of $ 687•67 ),.for which let exec+tion issue.
