KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that EAST COAST LUMBER &
SUPPLY CO, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations. lawful money of the United States of America,
to it in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
waive, release, and discharge that certain Claim of Lien filed the 9th day
of December, 19?5, recorded in O. R. Book 246s page 1538 ~f the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and does hereby discharge from the effect
of said Claim of Lien the real property more fully described in said Claim of
Lien. . ~
