WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafier described, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mo~tgagor is now seized arsd possessed, and in adual possession, situate in the Covnty of
St. Lucie . State of Florida, to-wit:

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said tand and the fixtures attached
~ thereto and ali rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from aaid premises all of which are included
~ with~n the foregoing desc~iption and the habendum hereof. Also atl gas, steam, eleciric, water and other heating,
~ cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, applianoes, fixtures
_ and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they

~ gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twemy f20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
~ further advances, with interest, shatl be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebredness that may be secured by th~s mortgage may decrease or increase from time
~ to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of
