THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon the Metion of
the Plaintiff for a continuance of the above styled cause now
set for Trial on Januar.y 6, 1976 and it appearing to the Court
that the Defendant has stipulated to the continuance and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED that the Trial in the ahove styled cause is
hereby continued from the date set forth above and shall be reset `
upon a proper Motion being filed with this Court requesting the
cause to be set down for Trial.
DONE AND ORDERED in Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
