owner and holder ef a certain mortgage deed executed by INLAND
FRUIT COMPANY, a Florida corporation, dated June 4, 196$, to ~
RADEBAUGH FOUNDATION, recorded in 0. R. Dook 172, page ?54 and
re-recorded in 0. R. Book 172, page 1256~ Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, covering the following described prorerty
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section 6, Township ~
36 South, Range 39 East, LESS the North $2 feet for
public road and canal rights-of-way, and LESS the
West 25 feet for Shinn Road right-of-way, in St. `

hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage
and the notes to which it secures and surrenders the same as
cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court to
