PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE -
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: i

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIO~~AL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- ~
tion organized under the laws of the Unit~d States of America, is ~
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages .
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mor~gage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1910, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to C~ntinenta~
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and reco~rded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St.,lucle County, Florida, ;
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Flortda therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encuabering other lands in Polk County, Florida, Nhich
Modification of Mortga~e Deed was recorded in Off~cial Record
Book 201, Pag~ 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in cansideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
tien and opera~ion of said ~aortgage, unto the said mortgagar, its

TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
Never~!~eless, that t~othing herein conLained shall in 3~ywise impair,
~ alter or diminish the eff~ct, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
