WITHDRAWAL OF FUiJDS
RE PARCEL 131
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition to
Withdraw Funds of the Defendants, LAWRENCE D. BIELE and DAN
BIELE, Trustees, as to Parcel No. 131, and the Court having
considered said Petition and being fuZly advised in the
- premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED, that the Defendants` Petition to Withdraw
Funds as to Parcel 131 is granted, and the Clerk of the Court
is ordered to forthwith pay to BACKUS ENTERPRISES, ZNC., the
sum of $24,022.80, and to pay to DAN BIELE and LAWRENCE D.
BZELE, Trustees, the sum of $123,13?.20, to be paid from the
~ funds now on deposit in the Registry of the Court in this
cause. The Clerk shall draft his check in the amount of
$123,137.20 payabl~e to the order of DAN BIELE and LAWRENCE
D. BIELE, Trustees, and shall mail it to KELLY, BLACK, BLACK
& KENNY, P.A., 1409 Alfred I. duPont Building, Miami, Florida
33131, attorneys for Dan Biele and Lawrence D. Biele, Trustees.
The Clerk shall draft his check in the amount of $24,022.8Q, ~
payable to the order of BACKUS ENTERPRISES, INC., and shall
mail it to FEE, PARKER & FEE, P.A., Post Office Box 1000,
