This cause coming on for hearing on the Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss, 1?lotion to Compel Discovery, and Motion for
Compulsory Physical Examination, and
IT APPEARING that the Defendant has requQSted the
Motion for Compulsory Physical Examination not be called up
for hearing at this time, and the Court having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Defendant, ROGER COOK, d/b/a CORNER ZOO's,
Moticn to Dismiss is hereby granted as to Count II of the
