WHEREAS, J. Ed Straughn, as Executive Director of the
State of Florida Department of Revenue, on the 12th day of .

Florida, for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant '
to Chapter 212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 234, at Page 1431; ,

WHEREAS, William (Dale) Anderson, Attorney at Law, 1451 E.

$3,000.00, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, to release
from the said tax lien the following described property:
Lot 1005, Section II, OUTDOOR RESORTS
OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND,~according
to the Plat Thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 1, of the Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
