SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT ~
• KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, FREDERIC HENSEL
and JEWELL D. I~NSEL, his wife,'th~ owners and holders of those
certain mortgages and the indebtednesses secured by same
executed Uy SAMUEL AURILIO, each under date of February 27,
1974, recorded respectively in O.R. Book 224, page 1445, and
O.R. Book 224, page 1442 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; encumbering real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, as follows: ~

T e South 200 feet of Lot 175, Unit 3, MARAVILLA
GARDENS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, page 62, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT the East 460
feet of the North 100 feet thereof and the East
S1Q feet of the South 100 feet thereof; and the
right of way for South 7th Street.
PARCEL II ' _
The South 18 feet of the East 460 feet of the North
100 feet of the South 200 feet of Lot 175, Unit 3,
MARAVILLA GARDENS, as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 62 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT the right
of way for U.S. Highway No. 1(S.R. #5).
At the request of said_mortgagor and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations
inuring to the undersigned from Indian River F~deral Savings -
and Loan Association do hereby subordinate the lien and opera-
tion of said mortgages to the lien and operation of that cer-
tain mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby executed by
~ the sa~id mortgagor to Indian River Federal Savings and Loan
Association under date of January 20TH 1976,_recorded in
O.R. Book ?4a , page 48 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the sum of $61,500
~ and encumbering the above described real property, in the same
; manner and effect as if said mortgage had been dated and filed
~ for public record prior to and in advance of the mortgages
E held by the undersigned which are hereby subordinated.
