to the Malcer in w~riting from time to time, in legal tender of the United States~ the Principal Amount together with
interest at the Interest Rate on the unpaid balance of the Principal Amounk ~
The auma due and owing hereunder ahall be payable during tbe Amortization Period in equal monthly inetalmeafa,
each in the amount o[ the Instalment Paywent, the first sach Inatalment Payment to be made on the Fitst Instalment
Payment Date and aubsequent Instalment Payments on the fitst day of each mont6 thereafter until the Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance ot principal and intereat accrued and unpaid thereon shail become due and pay-
able; each such inatalment when paid shall be applied [irst to We payment o[ interest on the unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereot to payment on account of principel.
If any Instalment Payment shaA not be paid when due, then the entire principal aum and accrued interest here-
under shall become due and payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holdet of this Note. Tbe Payee may, at
its option, collect a late charge not to e:ceed two cents for each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee for e:penae.s of aervicing deiinquent Instalment Paymenta. Failure to e:ercise these options
shall not rnnstitute a waiver of the right to e:emiae the same in the event of any subeequent default. ~
It is further ngreed that the Maker and each endoreer. surety, gnarantor. jointly and aeverally. s6all pay all coets ot
collection ot this Note, including a reasonable attorney's fee, on [ailure to pay any Inatalment Payment or any acctued
interest due. hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all suma due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida fmm the date when the principal and accrued interest under
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year ezceed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida_
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereot, oE property situated - in the State of Florida.

The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or modifying the above terma of ;
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or ownera of the pmperty atfected by said Mortgage, whether with or with-
~ out notioe to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
~ rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terms of any such agr~eement of e:tension or modiCcation.
The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest shall become due and payable at the option of
~ the Payee under the happening of an event by which said balanee ahall or tnay become due and payable under the terms
~ of said Mortgage.
~ T'his Note tnay not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party againat whom en• '

~ forcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought.
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endoraer. hereby waive preaentment for
payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor. and e:presaly agree jointly and aeverally to remain
and continue bound tor the payment ot the principal and ~interest provided for by the tetms oi this Note. notwithstanding
any extension or extensiona of the time of, or fer the payment ot said principal or intetest. or any change or changee in
the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided tor in thia Note, or any
~ change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution of any real property and collateral. or either, held as
security tor this Note, and w•aive all and every kind of notice of auch extension or e:tensions, change or changes, and
~ agree that the same may be made without the joinder of tbe Maker.
