Before me. the undersigned suthority, this day personally
appeared ROBERT JACKSON, who, being by me first duly sworn, de- `
poses and says: _ ~
1. That he is an attorney at law authorized to practice
law in the State of Florida;
2. That he prepared that certain Warranty Deed from
Marjorie R, Ganger, formerly known as Mar~orie R. Rose, joined
by her husband, Dwaine Ganger, to Jimmy B. Walker and Anna
j~alker, his wife, dated February 25, 1975 and recorded in Offi-
cial Record Book 236 at page 2814, Public Records of St. Lucie
`~ounty, Florida. ;

3. That due'to a scrivener's error, there was a duplication ~

in the description of the West line dimension of the property, ;

thereby extending the said West line in a Southerly direction
, an additional 206 feet; however, the description notes that the
South line of said property is the North Right of Way line of ~
Russos Road. ~ ~
4. That the correct lega2 description in said deed should ~
