THIS DEED MADE AND ENTERED INTO on this s7~~+ day of
November, A.D. 1975, between JOSEPHINE BROWN and EDGAR A. BROWN,
the duly constituted, appointed and qualified Co-Executors of the
Sstate of EDGAR R. BROWN, deceased; late of said County, as parti'es
of the first part, and MARY F. SCOTT, P. O. Box 576, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450, as party of the second part; ~
WITNESSETH: That, pursuant to the express powers conferred
upon the parties of the first part under the Last Will And Testament
of EDGAR R. BROWN, deceased, and under Rule 5.300, Florida Rules Of
Probate And Guardian~hip, the parties of the first part sold to the
party of the second part, at private sale, certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County,~State of Florida, as hereinafter partic-
ularly described; that the purchase price of said real property was
the sum of twenty-six thousand dollars ($26,OOO.AO); that the price
obtained at said sale represents the best offer which the parties of
~ the first part have obtained privately for said real property; that

E it was to the best interest of said Estate that said sale be made;

~E that a Petition For Confirmation Of Sale, to the said party of the

~ second part, has been filed in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,

~ Florida, in Probate, and said Court has entered therein its Order

i Confirming Sale to said party of the second part.

; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in
further consideration of the sum of twenty-six thousand dollars

($26,000.00) purchase money paid at and before the sealing and delivery
