taining existing irrigation and drainage canals on the
. above-described real properties; and said easements are
to be appurtenant to and to run with the presently
remaining reai properties of the Estate of EDGAR R. BROWN,-
deceased, lying West and South of the West and South
right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. I-95, for
the purposes of drainage and irrigation of said pre-
sently remaining lands and real properties of the Estate
of EDGAR R..BROWN, deceasedy
together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
