In the event of the death of any of the beneficiaries , it ie understood that
the intereat of such beneficiary herein set out will vest in such party as may be

designated under any Will, or if there be no Will then in suc~-administrator or heir 4
as the law may provide . .
The said party of the first part further agrees to promptly convey the said ~

property to any corporation or tranaferee as the parties of the second part may here-
after agree upon and request . E

Should the party of the first part be called upon to expend any funds or take ~
any action for the protection of the said property against liens or claims of third
parties while holding title to the same as Trustee herein recited, the said party of
~the first part will have a lien upon said property or any income derived therefrom
for his reimbursement for such expenaes under such circumstance .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set his
hand and seal as a binding Declaration of Trust, this the day and year first above
