do hereby certify that pursuant to the direction of the Court in its Final
Decree of Foreclosure entered herein, I gave notice of public sale of the
mortgaged property described in said decree, by publishing same in
The News Tribune, a newspaper cir~ulated in Saint Lucie County, Florida,
in the manner evidenced by Proof of Publication hereto attached, and on the
26th day of January, ' 1976, offered said mortgaged property for sale at
public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, and at such sale the
highest and best bid received for said property was that submitted by
