ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF i
THIS CAUSE coming to be heard on January 23, 1976 on the Wife's
prayer for temporary relief, and the Court having heard testimony
of the Wife and received in evidence.a deed on the home of the
parties and a paycheck stub of the Husband's, and the Court being ~
~ advised in~the premises,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows: - ~
1. Custody of the minor children of the parties is awarded
to the Wife,.pendente lite, subject to the Husbanc3's right of
reasonable visitation. ~~~sE~s

~ 2. The Wife is awarded exclusive possession of the home and

~ the furnishings therein located on Lot 9, Block 5, Southern Pines ~

i Subdivision, also know as 1907 Avenue O, Fort Pierce, Florida. The

i Husband shall remove himself.and his personal effects, instanter.

' 3. The Wife is awarded exclusive possession of the 1967 Ford

4. The Husband shall pay the utilities on the home at 1907 i

Avenue O as they become due and before they become delinquent. The j

Husband shall also pay the indebteclneas to Goodyear and Mather Furni~° ;

5. The Husband shall pay to the Wife ~he sum of $50 per week ~ ~
for the support of the minor children. The paymenta shall be made ~
on Friday of each week until further order of this Court. ~
