This cause came on to be heard for a Pretrial
Conference and the attorneys for both parties were present.
It is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Pretrial Statements have been filed by both
parties and exchanged and the parties will be bound by the

~ 2. There will be three jury challenges for each
~ side. ~
3. Each party shall reserve all objections to
the other party's exhibits.

6. The Plaintiff, Hazel A. Keator, is to be examined ~

by a clinical psychologist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr.
R. K. Bernston. Plaintiff has no objection to Defendant taking
this doctor's deposition prior to trial.
