THIS CAUSE coming to be heard upon the Stipulation of _ '
counsel for both parties, and based on the Stipulation, and the
Court being advised in the prem~.ses,
IT IS TI~REFORE ORDERED as follows:
~ 1. Each of the parties is hereby enj~ined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or arinoying the other, either in
person or on the telephone.
2. That BARBARA S. RORICK is enjoined and restrained from
coming on the business premises known as "Tahitian Lounge and
Package Store", located in Vero Beach, Florida, at any time while
she is in an intoxicated condition.
3. That ERHARD B. EGLIN shall continue to have exclusive
~ possession of the home located at 2036 15th Place, Vero Beach,

E Florida and is enjoined and restrained from removing or disposing

~ of any of the furnishings or personal property in the home until -
f ~
~ the motions pending before the Court herein are ruled.upon.
