ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order entered on Octobe~
2, 1975 is hereby vacated except as to attorneys' fees and ?
costs, and th~ following Order shall be entered with the Court ~

be required to pay support to the Wife of $135.00 per week

the utility bill, ordinary phone bill, and provide med~cal
