ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming to be heard on January 23, 1976 on the
Husband's Motion concerning visitation with the children, and '
the Court having heard testimony of the parties and argument of -
counsel and being advised in the premises, -
IT IS TI~:REFORE, ORDERED as follows: {

1. In addition to other visiting rights enumerated in the ~

Property Settlement Agreement filed herein and by reference in-
corporated in the Final Judgment dated November 12, 197.5, the

Husband shall have the right to have the children from 5 P.M, until ~ i
9 P.M. each Tuesday and Thursday.
2, When exercising "weekday" visitation, the Husband shall °
have the right to-pick up the children at their school, which
presently is the Faith Christian School, Fort Pierce, Florida. ~

~ 3. Each party has the right to participate in discussion
F with school officials and teachers concerning the welfare of and
