LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT -

FRANR H. PELTIER
I, FRANK H. PELTIER, a citizen and resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind

and memory, do hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills
and Codicils thereto by me at any time heretofore made, and
do hereby make, publish and decl,are this instrument to be my
~ Last Will and Testament.
I.
I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
' expenses and expenses of my last illness'be paid as soon as

practicable after my death. ~
II.
I give and bequeath any automobile which may be owned
by me at the time of my death to my friend, HOWARD McCAULEY,
who presently resides in Fort Pierce, Florida.
III.
I give, bequeath and deivse all the rest, residue and .
remainder of my estate, including any property over which I
; ~ have a power of appointment, and all real; oersonal and intan-
