In the event said First National Bank of Fort Pierce shall
consolidate or merge with any corporation of a fiduciary
character and havinq power to act as an Executor, then I
nomi.nate and appoint such successor corporation as Executor
of this, my Last Will and Testament, and direct that it shall
have all the rights, powers and privileges ~onferred by this,
my Last Will and Testament, upon the said First National Bank
of Fort Pierce.
V.
I hereby give and grant unto my Executor or any sub-
stitute or successor personal representative full right and
power to hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage,
pledge and lease all or any portion of any property, whether
real, personal or mixed, tangible or intangible, wherever
situated, of which I may die seized or possessed, and I
further give and grant to my executor or any substitute or ~
successor personal representative the riqht to otherwise dis-
pose of the assets of my estate at public or private sale and
. upon such terms or conditions as it may see fit, and the
further right to make, execute and deliver any and all con-
tracts, options, deeds or other instruments carrying out the
authority herein given as it may deem necessary or proper for

i the convenient and advantageous management and settlement of my

E estate, and it may make distribution either in cash or in kind,

j without regard for any law or statute limiting the powers of

executors.

; IN WITNESS WHEftEOF, I, the said FRANK H. PELTIER, have
hereunto subscribed my hand and seal to this, my Last Will and
Testament, consisting of this and one (1) other page, along the
bottom of which other page I have placed my signature, this ~
