above-deacribed real properties; and said easements are
. to be appurtenant to and to run with the presently
remaininq real properties of the Estate of EDGAR R. BROWN,
deceased, lyinq West and South of the West and South
right-of-way line of Interstate Hiqhway No. I-95, for
the purposes of drainage and irrigation of said pre-
sently remaininq lands and real properties of the Estate
of EDGAR R. BROWPT, deceasedi
be, and the same is hereby, confirmed, and the saicl Co-Executors are
authorized to execute whatever instruments may be necessary for the
conveyance of the fee simple title to said real property to the
purchaser, MARY F. SCOTT, P. O. Box 576, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
