That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff. ~3. That the default previously entered in this action ! be and it is confirmed, ratified and made absolute. A. That a quardian ad litem and attorney appointed by ' this Court to represent the interests of th~e absent and unknown Defendants, and for all Defendants who may be in the military service of the United States, has filed~~his answer in this ~ ~ action; that it appears to the satisfaction of the Court that • none of the Defendants to this action are in the military . service of the United States and the Plaintiff is relieved of the requirement of posting bond to protect the interests ~ of any Defendants who may be in the military service. ~ 5.
