BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
RUBY L. PENDARVIS, who upon first being duly sworn, did depose and
say as follows:
That she is one and the same person as the RUBY LOUISE
PIIJDARVIS named as one~of the grantees in that certain Agreement for
Deed dated June 27, 1955, recorded in Deed Book 203, Page 39, and the
RUBY L. PENDARVIS named as one of the grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed dated April 19, 1963, recorded in O.R. Book 61, Page 315, and that
LOUISE pENDARVIS named as Plaintiff in that certain Final Decree dated
September 28, 1964 in Case No. 8101-E, Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein BOBBY C. PENDARVIS is named as Defendant.
Your Affiant knows of her own knowledge, because of her marriage
to~said BOBBY C. PENDARVIS, that the BOBBY PENDARVIS named as one of ~
the grantees in that certain Agreement for Deed dated June 27, 1955,
recorded in Deed Book 203, Page 39, and that BOBBY C. PENDARVIS named
as one of the grantees in that ce rtain Warranty Deed dated April 19,
1963, recorded in O:R. Book 61, Page 315, and that BOBBY C. PENDARVIS
named as Defendant in that certain Final Decree dated September 28, ~
