COMPANY, from the above action, for the reason that the said
Defendant Insurance Company apparently did not have in force and
effect any liability,insurance as to the remaining Defendants, as -
alleged in the Complaint filed by the PlaintiEfs and therefore
should not be made a party defendant to this~action.
