That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff, 3. That the default previously entered in this action be and it is confirmed, ratified and made absolute. 4. That a quardian ad litem and attorney appointed by this Court to represent the interests of the absent and unknown Defendants, and for all Defendants who may be in the military service of the United States, has filed~his answer in this action; that it appears to the satisfaction of the Court that none of the Defendants to this action are in the military service of the United States and the Plaintiff is relieved of the requirement of posting bond to protect the interests of any Defendants who may be in the military service. 5.
