by the Sea Condominium No. 1 as recorded in Official Record Book 189 on
pages 1887 through 2007 inclusive of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, including the exhibits attached thereto and taxes for the current
year and restrictions, covenants, easements and reservations of record.
