ACKNOWLEDGb~NT AND RATIFICATION BY
GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve ~all of said provi- ~

LEASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
