. PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW AL~. MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:
~ WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States af America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ~
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e ~ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortg~ge ~eed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207,.Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e ~
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
- tion and Extension Agreemen~,=d~-ted June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of-America has requested First National ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
