PETITION
Comes now, JEAN R, HORTON, and respectfully shows the
Court as follows:
- l. That your Petitioner. is a citizen and resident of the
State of Florida, and that her post office address and place of
residence is 4111 So. Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. That ESTHER JEAN HORTON is a minor and is 15 years
old; that said minor is a citizen of the State of Florida and that
- her place of residence and address is the same as this Petitioner;
that Petitioner is the natural mother of said minor and that the
natural father of the said minor is deceased.
3. That the approximate value and description of the
property of said minor is as follows:
A. -52- shares of Almardon Trust, a closely held

; B. An inheritance expectancy from the Estate of ~
` MABEL M. HORTON, Manatee County, Florida, having
