~ be qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as

~ guardi.an of the property and person of ANDREW GUILF., incompetent

~ because of senility, with full,power to ask, demand, sue for, re-
~ ~over and receive any assets belonging to said incompetent; to pay

~ the debts of said incompetent, if any, so far as the assets of his
;~estate will permit and the law direct, and to protect the interest
